What are "tracks" and how are they used?
Each "track" is the equivalent of 1 (one) tracking number. So if you send us 200 unique tracking numbers to track, that would use up 200 "tracks" from your monthly plan. You can track a single number as many times as you would like.
What is the hosted tracking page?
The hosted tracking page is an optional service that lets you host a tracking page directly on our servers (ie. example.trackthepack.net) so you can send users directly to the page without needing to integrate anything on your site.
What forms of payment are accepted?
We accept Mastercard, Visa, Discover, and American Express via our secure online payment form.
Can I change my plan at any time?
Yes! You most certainly can. You can upgrade or downgrade as often as you would like. When changing your account, your new track allotment becomes effective immediately.
Am I making a long term commitment?
Absolutely not! We certainly would love to have you as a customer for a long time, but it's your business and you need to make wise financial decisions whenever you'd like. You may cancel your account at any time.
What happens if I reach my track limit?
If you run out of tracks we will continue displaying tracking data but will contact you to see if we might be able to better serve you with a different plan. When you have less than 10% of your monthly allotment left, we will send you an email and display a message on your dashboard so you can make the decision to upgrade or not.
Do you provide customer support?
We certainly do. You can contact us at any time via our support forums or contact form with any questions you have (sales, technical, etc).
How many sites can I use my tracking code on?
As many as you want! There's no limit on the number of sites you embed your tracking code on.
Are there custom plans available
If your application requires more tracks than the plans above allow for, please contact us and we'll work with you to setup a plan that meets your needs.
